Our experienced design engineers will undertake detailed site surveys to inspect the area where work is proposed. From these surveys, 2D and 3D layouts can be produced showing details of existing equipment and the surrounding buildings services. This provides a secure grounding for creating 3D modelling modifications to your existing equipment, or a foundation for the new project designs to be laid in. With bespoke design software AutoCad® & Autodesk Inventor®, we are able to replicate the surveyed area in 3D and create a proposal of works. By creating 3D illustrations for our clients, proposals are easier to visualise for technical and non-technical representatives.

One area of expertise at Stanley Engineering Designs is we supply bespoke design solutions for food handling systems to many of the UK food manufactures. ‘Stanley Systems’ are standard pieces of food processing equipment that are designed with hygiene, ease of maintenance, efficiency and low running costs in mind. Our systems can be used within all food & drink sectors, so whether you are based in the meat and poultry industry, or vegetable processors, we tailor our processing equipment to suit your production requirements.

We design our gantry and access platforms around your existing equipment and services. These all adhere to current health and safety regulations and can be CE marked. For larger platforms, we perform load tests and stress analysis to simulate real working conditions before any manufacturing takes place. This ensures that the completed structure is safe to use.
